اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائيEnd User License Agreement (EULA)

١. قبول الشروط1. Acceptance of Terms

بتحميل أو تثبيت أو الوصول إلى أو استخدام تطبيق فايب أون، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام خدماتنا.By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the VibeOn application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

٢. منح الترخيص2. License Grant

وفقاً لالتزامك بهذه الشروط، يمنحك فايب أون ترخيصاً محدوداً وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل وقابل للإلغاء من أجل:Subject to your compliance with these Terms, VibeOn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• تحميل وتثبيت تطبيق فايب أون على جهازك المحمولDownload and install the VibeOn application on your mobile device
• الوصول إلى التطبيق واستخدامه لأغراضك الشخصية غير التجاريةAccess and use the application for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• الوصول إلى المحتوى والميزات المتاحة عبر التطبيقAccess content and features available through the application

٢.١ قيود الترخيص2.1 License Restrictions

توافق على عدم القيام بما يلي:You agree NOT to:

• نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة منهCopy, modify, or create derivative works of the application
• عكس هندسة التطبيق أو تفكيكه أو فك تجميعهReverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• إزالة أو تعديل أي إشعارات حقوق نشر أو علامات تجاريةRemove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض تجاري دون إذنناUse the application for any commercial purpose without our permission
• نقل أو ترخيص أو بيع حق الوصول إلى التطبيقTransfer, sublicense, or sell your access to the application
• استخدام أنظمة آلية (روبوتات، أدوات كشط) للوصول إلى التطبيقUse automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the application
• محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمتنا أو شبكاتناAttempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

٣. سياسة عدم التسامح المطلق - المحتوى المحظور3. Zero Tolerance Policy - Prohibited Content

٣.١ المحتوى المسيء يشمل:3.1 Objectionable Content Includes:

• التحرش والتنمر: تهديد أو ترهيب أو إهانة الآخرينHarassment & Bullying: Threatening, intimidating, or degrading others
• خطاب الكراهية: محتوى يروج للكراهية أو العنف على أساس العرق أو الدين أو الجنس أو أي خاصية محميةHate Speech: Content promoting hatred or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic
• المحتوى الصريح: مواد إباحية أو جنسية صريحة أو عريExplicit Content: Pornography, sexually explicit material, or nudity
• العنف: عنف بياني أو إساءة للحيوانات أو محتوى إيذاء النفسViolence & Gore: Graphic violence, animal abuse, or self-harm content
• الأنشطة غير القانونية: الترويج لاستخدام المخدرات أو بيع الأسلحة أو أي نشاط غير قانونيIllegal Activities: Promoting drug use, weapons sales, human trafficking, or any illegal activity
• المعلومات المضللة: نشر معلومات كاذبة أو مضللة عمداًMisinformation: Deliberately spreading false or misleading information that could cause harm
• الاحتيال: مخططات احتيالية أو محاولات تصيد أو محتوى مضللSpam & Scams: Fraudulent schemes, phishing attempts, or misleading content
• انتحال الشخصية: التظاهر بأنك شخص آخر أو إنشاء حسابات مزيفةImpersonation: Pretending to be someone else or creating fake profiles
• سلامة الأطفال: أي محتوى يستغل أو يعرض القاصرين للخطرChild Safety: Any content exploiting or endangering minors

٣.٢ السلوك المسيء3.2 Abusive Behavior

السلوكيات المحظورة تشمل:Prohibited behaviors include:

• مضايقة أو ملاحقة أو تهديد المستخدمين الآخرينHarassing, stalking, or threatening other users
• إرسال رسائل تجارية غير مرغوب فيها أو بريد عشوائيSending unsolicited commercial messages or spam
• إنشاء حسابات متعددة للتهرب من الحظرCreating multiple accounts to evade bans
• نشر المعلومات الخاصة بدون موافقةDoxxing (sharing private information without consent)
• التلاعب بأنظمتنا (تقييمات مزيفة، تسجيلات حضور مزيفة)Manipulating or gaming our systems (fake reviews, fake check-ins)

٤. حسابات المستخدمين4. User Accounts

٤.١ إنشاء الحساب4.1 Account Creation

لاستخدام ميزات معينة، يجب إنشاء حساب بتقديم:To use certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• عنوان بريد إلكتروني صالحValid email address
• اسم مستخدم فريدUnique username
• كلمة مرور آمنةSecure password
• معلومات الملف الشخصي (اختياري)Profile information (optional)

٤.٢ أمان الحساب4.2 Account Security

أنت مسؤول عن:You are responsible for:

• الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور الخاصة بكMaintaining the confidentiality of your password
• جميع الأنشطة التي تحدث تحت حسابكAll activities that occur under your account
• إخطارنا فوراً بأي وصول غير مصرح بهNotifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• التأكد من دقة معلومات حسابك وتحديثهاEnsuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

٥. محتوى المستخدم5. User Content

٥.١ محتواك5.1 Your Content

تحتفظ بملكية المحتوى الذي تنشره ("محتوى المستخدم")، بما في ذلك التقييمات والصور ومقاطع الفيديو والتعليقات وتسجيلات الحضور.You retain ownership of content you post ("User Content"), including reviews, ratings, photos, videos, comments, and check-ins.

٥.٢ ترخيص محتواك5.2 License to Your Content

بنشر محتوى المستخدم، تمنح فايب أون ترخيصاً عالمياً وغير حصري ومعفى من حقوق الملكية وقابل للتحويل لاستخدام محتواك وعرضه وتوزيعه عبر التطبيق.By posting User Content, you grant VibeOn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works of your content through the application.

٦. الخصوصية والبيانات6. Privacy and Data

استخدامك لفايب أون يخضع لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا، التي توضح كيفية جمع واستخدام وحماية معلوماتك الشخصية. لطلبات حذف البيانات، قم بزيارة صفحة حذف الحساب.Your use of VibeOn is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. For data deletion requests, visit our Account Deletion page.

٧. حقوق الملكية الفكرية7. Intellectual Property Rights

فايب أون وجميع المحتوى والميزات والوظائف ذات الصلة مملوكة لفايب أون ومحمية بقوانين حقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية وغيرها من حقوق الملكية الفكرية. إذا كنت تعتقد أن محتوى على فايب أون ينتهك حقوق النشر الخاصة بك، يرجى التواصل معنا على info@vibeon.place.VibeOn and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by VibeOn Places and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. If you believe content on VibeOn infringes your copyright, please contact us at info@vibeon.place.

٨. خدمات الطرف الثالث8. Third-Party Services

قد يتكامل فايب أون مع خدمات طرف ثالث مثل خرائط جوجل ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي وخدمات التحليلات. استخدامك لهذه الخدمات يخضع لشروطها وسياسات خصوصيتها الخاصة.VibeOn may integrate with third-party services such as Google Maps, social media platforms, and analytics services. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

٩. إخلاء المسؤولية والقيود9. Disclaimers and Limitations

يُقدم فايب أون "كما هو" و"كما هو متاح". لا نضمن خدمة دون انقطاع أو خالية من الأخطاء. إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لن يكون فايب أون مسؤولاً عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية.VibeOn is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeOn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

١٠. التعويض10. Indemnification

توافق على تعويض فايب أون وحمايته من أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو خسائر أو نفقات ناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمة أو انتهاكك لهذه الشروط.You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VibeOn Places, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

١١. حل النزاعات11. Dispute Resolution

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. يتم حل أي نزاعات من خلال التحكيم الملزم في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

١٢. التعديلات12. Changes to Terms

قد نعدل هذه الشروط في أي وقت عن طريق نشر شروط محدثة في التطبيق أو إرسال إشعارات. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التعديلات يعني قبولك للشروط المحدثة.We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms in the application or sending email notifications. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

١٣. الإنهاء13. Termination

يمكنك إنهاء حسابك في أي وقت عن طريق:You may terminate your account at any time by:

• حذف التطبيق من جهازكDeleting the app from your device
• طلب حذف الحساب من خلال صفحة حذف الحسابRequesting account deletion through our Account Deletion page

يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك فوراً دون إشعار مسبق في حالة انتهاك هذه الشروط أو نشر محتوى مسيء أو سلوك مخالف.We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for breach of these Terms, posting objectionable content, or abusive behavior.

١٤. أحكام عامة14. General Provisions

تشكل هذه الشروط، مع سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا، الاتفاقية الكاملة بينك وبين فايب أون. إذا تبين أن أي حكم غير قابل للتنفيذ، تبقى الأحكام المتبقية سارية المفعول.These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VibeOn. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

باستخدام فايب أون، تقر بأنك قرأت شروط الخدمة هذه وفهمتها ووافقت على الالتزام بها.BY USING VIBEON, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
