يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٣ عامًا على الأقل لاستخدام فايب أون. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية حسابك وكلمة مرورك. توافق على تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة عند إنشاء حسابك.You must be at least 13 years old to use VibeOn. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
تحتفظ بملكية المحتوى الذي تنشره على فايب أون (الصور ومقاطع الفيديو والتقييمات). بنشرك للمحتوى، تمنح فايب أون ترخيصًا غير حصري وعالمي وخالٍ من حقوق الملكية لاستخدام المحتوى وعرضه وتوزيعه داخل المنصة.You retain ownership of content you post on VibeOn (photos, videos, reviews). By posting content, you grant VibeOn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform.

يجب أن تكون التقييمات وتسجيلات الحضور صادقة ومبنية على تجارب حقيقية. نحتفظ بالحق في إزالة التقييمات التي تنتهك إرشاداتنا.Reviews and check-ins should be honest and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines.
اسم فايب أون والشعار وجميع العلامات ذات الصلة هي علامات تجارية لفايب أون. الخدمة ومحتواها الأصلي محميان بموجب حقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية والقوانين المعمول بها.The VibeOn name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of VibeOn. The service and its original content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
يجوز لنا تعليق حسابك أو إنهاؤه وفقًا لتقديرنا إذا انتهكت هذه الشروط. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من خلال إعدادات التطبيق.We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
يتم تقديم فايب أون "كما هو" بدون ضمانات من أي نوع. لا نضمن أن الخدمة ستكون بدون انقطاع أو آمنة أو خالية من الأخطاء.VibeOn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لن يكون فايب أون مسؤولاً عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمة.To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeOn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سنخطر المستخدمين بالتغييرات الجوهرية. استمرار استخدام الخدمة بعد التغييرات يعني قبول الشروط الجديدة.We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
تخضع هذه الشروط وتفسر وفقًا لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية.These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
